A man of pureblood decent and a former Slytherin of Hogwarts, Archer has found success in the Ministry after graduation. He has risen to the main counsel thus far though he wishes to have a higher position on the committee. Though he wears a smile and follows procedures, there is always a tension with him...an icy demenor half-hidden under his smile and a secret loathing of muggleborns and half-breeds in his heart. He is a man dedicated to his work...and if that means war, so be it.

Indeed, he is a very power-hungry man underneath the calm demenor who would do anything to rise in the ranks.
